One Bedroom with Kitchenette

Special Events and Holiday rates

Ocean Front: $160 plus tax
Pool Side: $120 plus tax
One Bedroom: $120 plus tax

On Special Event Weekends we now will require a two night minimum stay.

All rooms sleep 1 to 4 people.

Summer Season: May 16 to September 30
Winter Season: October 1 to May 15

Pet fee is $25 per visit - Only in units that allow one small pet.

• Extra fees for children over the age of 6 will be charged
   over the standard two person rate.
• Rates vary for holidays and special event weekends and

• One small pet, allowed in certain units, $25 fee per visit.

Specials

One Night Special
October 1, 2013 through May 15, 2014, Sunday through Wednesday
Stay one night, and the next is 50% off regular winter rate plus tax. Special applies to Ocean-Front Rooms and Pool-Side Rooms. The one night special is only available Sunday through Wednesday nights. (Special does not apply to holidays, other promotions, or special event weekends.)

Three Night Special
October 17, 2013 through May 15, 2014
Ocean-Front Rooms $250 +tax, third night free with first two nights at regular winter rate. Pool-Side Rooms $160 +tax, third night free with first two nights at regular winter rate. The three night special is available all week. (Does not apply to holidays or special event weekends.)
